Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes. Tulip Construction LLC is a registered Washington general contractor (license TULIPCL760L4), bonded and carrying general liability insurance. We can provide certificates for your records or for a municipal bid.
How fast can you start?
Cleaning and maintenance work is often within one to two weeks. Painting, decks and fences book two to six weeks out in season. Remodels are scheduled around material lead times. Ask for a date when you request your quote and we will be honest about it.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free and in writing.
Which areas do you serve?
